Without Fear About the Power of Touch – What Really Happens on the Massage Table?

Your safety is my priority.

Massage is not “vulnerability”, but a sacred, trusting process. As a professional, I do not see “flaws”, but a living, breathing organism that is tired under the burdens of everyday life. To me, your body is a map that shows you where you need help, relaxation or pain relief.

What you need to know before you come:

  • You set your boundaries: You always take off as much clothing as is comfortable for you. During the massage, you are covered with a towel or blanket, only the part of your body we are working on is exposed.

  • There is no “perfect” body: As a masseuse, I pay attention to muscle tension, knots, and circulation. Every body is different, and that’s what makes it valuable. I don’t judge, I just listen.

  • Silence is also okay: You don't have to talk if you don't want to. If silence helps you relax, then we'll be quiet. If talking relieves your tension, I'm happy to listen to you.

Why is it worth overcoming fear?

Touch is one of our most basic human needs. When we allow our bodies to relax, our nervous systems breathe a sigh of relief. Anxiety is replaced by trust, and pain is replaced by ease.

LeIeL (care and attention) is exactly what it's all about: I create a safe bubble for you, where you can take off your everyday armor and finally just be yourself.

I await you with love, and I promise: I will take care of you.
