Many of you ask me what inspires me in my work. The answer often comes from those around me. I have a dear friend who struggles with scoliosis , and his story has illuminated the importance of restoring symmetry and peace to the body.

When the body is out of balance

Scoliosis is not just an aesthetic issue or a curve on an X-ray. It is a condition where one side of the body is constantly overloaded while the other side is weakened. This can cause constant muscle tension, dull aches, and fatigue.

Seeing my friend's body trying to adapt to this situation, I realized how much the LeIeL approach – attention and soft but targeted touch – could help.

How does massage help with scoliosis?

Massage does not "straighten" the spine, but it does provide something that is essential for healing:

  • Restoring muscle balance: The overly tense side is gently relaxed, and the less toned side is gently activated so that the body finds its center again.

  • Pain relief: Relieving spasms in the deep muscles near the spine brings immediate relief.

  • Breathing and freedom: By relaxing the chest and back, breathing also becomes deeper, which also gives peace to the soul.

My mission in my hands

My friend's inspiration reminds me every time: every body has a different story and a different pain. LeIeL (my fairy name, which I got from RASU ) obliges me to see not only the "back", but the person who lives inside.

I would like to help you too, if you are out of balance, to find your way back to pain-free movement and inner peace.
